Partner Onboarding

  1. Use this link to register for your supplier account:

  2. Your application will be received and assessed within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email once your application has been approved.

  3. Click on the link in the email to enter the login page and setup your account with password.

  4. You can no log in to your supplier dashboard.

  5. You can go to “List” in the top bar to start listing your products and services. Please refer to the agreed upon service listing details, recommended rules and restrictions, and redemption information that we have sent to you.

    1. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Indicate the location of the service on the description. Each branch should have its own listing.


How will my service listings look like on the app?

Your listing will be shown on a card on the HeyBenny Catalog that will show your service image, service name. Once user selects, the card will expand to show the full details you have indicated on the product listing module on your dashboard. Currently, our algorithm puts newest service listings at the top.

How do users redeem the services?

Users will first claim or purchase a service. According to redemption instructions, users will make the necessary arrangement with the supplier. When users arrive for the service, the supplier confirms by typing in their supplier code in consumers’ phones . The service is now successfully redeemed. Upon completion, users will then rate the service. 

When is a payment registered?

A payment is registered when the user orders the service voucher. However, the order is only billable when it has already been rendered by the supplier.

How will I receive these payments?

All payment by users will be initially collected by HeyBenny. Please download your billing summary from the “Order” tab at the top of the page (refer to screenshot below). Send this order form to every 15th of the month in order to ensure efficient processing of payments.
